All sales are final. Due to the nature of consumable health products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@longevityotc.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
